HOW TO APPLY

Application for Subsidy under SIS scheme is to be submitted online by eligible units. The application needs to be submitted at http://ipmc.kerala.gov.in. The following points need to be followed while submitting the online application:

  1. ONLY the proprietor/ one of the Partners/one of the Directors of the Unit shall submit the online application on behalf of the Unit. Aadhar number of the applicant will be used to verify the same.
  2. The online system is called Service Plus. The applicant first needs to Register in Service Plus and subsequently login.
  3. After logging in, the user has to click 'Apply for Service' from 'Menu'.
  4. In the application, true information about the Unit and its investments need to be provided.
  5. Investments in Furnishing, Electrification and Hardware/ Software/ Plant/ Machinery may be provided substantiated with invoice of purchase of assets. Note that only investment in purchasing brand new products will qualify for SIS.
  6. In the application, the applicant needs to declare on behalf of the Unit its agreement to the Terms and Conditions for applying for SIS.
  7. Once online application is submitted, the applicant will receive notification online and also by email providing Application Reference Number that can be used to track the status of the application.
  8. The applicant can login and click 'View Application Status' from 'Menu' and track status of the application at any time.
  9. The following documents/ Annexures need to be submitted physically at Kerala State IT Mission at the address given under Contact Us.
  10. The Application will be processed by Kerala State IT Mission only on receiving the physical documents.
  11. The Application will be reviewed and could be rejected due to various reasons. In case of rejection, the applicant will be notified on the Personal email id and Office email id provided in the application.
  12. As part of verification, the Site visit by officials may be scheduled.
  13. If the application is finally approved, the Unit may need to produce a Bank Guarantee as security for its agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
  14. Once the Subsidy is granted, the Unit will be audited for 5 years if it carries out its business as per the objectives set forth at the time of applying for the Subsidy. Each year, the Unit needs to send Audit statement by Chartered Accountant on business operations.

Annexure I-B Certificate to be submitted by Proprietorship/ Partnership firm

Annexure I-D Board resolution to be submitted by Society
Annexure II-D Certificate by Electrical Inspector/ Chartered Engineer/ KSEB AEE/ PWD AXE if electrification costs exceed Rs.50,000/-
Annexure II-E Certificate of valuation by Chartered Accountant
Annexure II-F Certificate by Bank
Annexure II-G (Bank Guarantee) This needs to be submitted only if your application is approved for Subsidy. You will be notified by email to submit Bank Guarantee in that case.
Copies of Bills Self attested copies of bills/copies of reverse service tax paid challans in support of all assets for which subsidy is being claimed. Enclose these in the same order as given in the application form.
Partnership Deed/ Memorandum Self attested copy of the Partnership Deed/ Memorandum and Articles of Association/ Bye-laws in case of units other than proprietary
Registration Certificate Self attested copy of the Registration Certificate from Registrar of Company/Firm/ Society of units other than proprietary
Balance sheet Self attested copies of audited balance sheet with trade, profit & loss statement and details of FCI
Statement of Vision Self attested statement of Vision, goals and objectives of the Unit in line with the activities provided in Annexure I-A
Copy of Lease Deed Copy of lease deed executed for the said premise (if applicable)
Approval Certificates Necessary approval certificates from Local Self Government/ Udyog Aadhar/ MSME registration/ SSI registration/ Startup (DIPP) registration (required for Proprietorship).
No due certificate Self attested declaration of Any Dues or No Dues to Government or Government bodies
Company Application Manual Application Form for Pvt. Ltd./ LLP/ Ltd. Companies - No need to submit, only for reference.
Parnership Application Manual Application Form for Partnership - No need to submit, only for reference.
Proprietorship Application Manual Application Form for Proprietorship - No need to submit, only for reference.
Society Application Manual Application Form for Society - No need to submit, only for reference.
